Recipes that use plant-based sources of protein such as legumes, tempeh, tofu with textures and flavors that make them main items on the plate.
Each lesson is a recipe video with the ingredients right on the screen, you should play the whole video first to learn the amounts needed and which pans and equipment to use. Generally, recipes will be enough for two to four portions.
